About

Award-winning lagers like the Cross Czech Lager and Boho Breeze Pilsner anchor the tap list at this Ashburn taproom, while the kitchen turns out empanadas and tater tots that reviewers treat as seriously as the beer. The reservable upstairs space, described as a sprawling couch area, has hosted birthday parties and team outings, making it one of the more genuinely flexible gathering spots in Loudoun County. Co-owner Ambar has been known to coordinate music and source birthday cakes for guests, the kind of detail that earns a place a regular crowd.

Great craft beer selection, amazing food with a lot of options, and even friendlier staff. I have to call out Stacie, Tyler, Eros, and Adolfo for being awesome and making our night. This was our first time here and the service we were provided made us feel like we were minor celebrities in a VIP only area. Eros and Tyler were welcoming as soon as we walked inside and the beers they recommended were spot on for our IPA preferences. Stacie took the time to provide food recommendations when I asked what she liked (spoilers- everything is delicious!). Eros, Tyler, and Adolfo also gave recommendations on their favorites and gave us genuine attention answering questions and talking about the restaurant. We ordered the fried ravioli and beef sliders, hot dang I'm so glad we ordered what they recommend! The raviolis were deep fried pockets of cheesey decadence and the sliders could put gourmet burger restaurants to shame. The chips are the perfect meld of kettle chips and thick home chips, sturdy and golden yet also light and refreshingly crispy. If you are a fellow chip lover, you'll just have to try it for yourself, you will have no regrets! Maybe a minor thing but they also have the comfiest bar stools ever! Great beer, great food, great space, superb staff, and ample parking - what's not to like? We will definitely be back. Highly recommend.

We had such a great first visit to Route 7 Brewery! From the moment we walked in, the experience was top-notch. We ordered the empanadas and the tater tots, both were absolutely delicious and packed with flavor. We also tried their award-winning beers, the Cross Czech Lager and the Boho Breeze Pilsner, and they did not disappoint. Both were crisp, refreshing, and exceptionally well crafted. What truly made the experience stand out was the customer service. Dave, the Bar Manager, was fantastic, welcoming, attentive, and knowledgeable. We also had an in-depth and genuinely fun conversation with Chef Clinton, which made the visit even more memorable. Great food, outstanding beer, and even better people. We will definitely be back!
