Still finding its footing in Herndon after a recent opening, this Fairfax County brewpub punches above its weight with a kitchen that goes well beyond bar food: think pork belly burnt ends over cheese grits, shrimp and grits with redeye gravy, and jägerschnitzel with mushroom gravy. Weekly bingo nights draw a neighborhood crowd, and the bar carries non-alcoholic options alongside the house beers.

Went in for a late lunch early dinner. Sat at the bar. Max was tending bar, he was fantastic. Personable, knowledgeable, and down to earth. Drinks we had an NA Bold Rock Cider, delicious; and a NA strawberry/blueberry Sour by “Go Brewing” which was outstanding. It drank more like a fruited Gueuze, not overtly sweet, but it had mild fruit notes. Very tasty and a pleasant surprise.
The Food:
Pork Belly Burnt ends with cheese grits, phenomenal.
Beet salad was light and fresh, very good.
Shrimp and grits with the redeye gravy was executed perfectly
Jagerschnitzel- pork loin with a mushroom gravy; 10/10.
Dessert was a mousse cup. And it was what dreams are made of.
Trivia on thursdays looks fun.
Would recommend 100%.

We had high hopes for the food based on other reviews—but were not pleased.
I got the Roseda Farms Burger and my husband got the jambalaya. The meat was raw inside the burger , I specifically asked for well done.. and the pasta was just okay.
We were greeted promptly after walking in for a pickup order but unfortunately, the food just didn’t deliver.
